When away from its permanent place of storage it must be stored on its trailer & securely locked to a road vehicle & the vehicle is securely locked, and the trailer is secured by a wheel clamp or other purpose-built security device OR not on a trailer but locked to an immovable object & secured by a purpose made anti-theft device.
